TICK, TOCK... IS IT TIME TO PEE YET?

Do you know, according to consultant urologist, Dr Goh, this is because our body has an internal clock (also called a circadian clock) that allows it to exert its influence on a variety of physiological processes, including our fluid intake, urine production and urine storage.1

This clock helps our body to adjust its many activities, including urine production, to the different ‘high’ and ‘low’ we experience throughout the day.
